We are delighted to welcome Hilde Hunnålvatn to the Karibu team as our new Senior Advisor.

Hilde joins us from her previous role as Senior Advisor at the Norwegian Council for Africa, where she worked closely with activists, academics, and organizations from the African continent. She also has extensive experience developing information platforms that amplify African voices in Norwegian public debate and on policy arenas.

Hilde comes on board at an exciting and pivotal time for the foundation as we deepen our commitment to participatory grantmaking, and she will work closely with “Core Group” (consisting of African activists and civil society members) of Karibu’s Africa Grantmaking Programme.
